02No warranty
The Game and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or operating system, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Game on your device at your own risk.
03Game progress and data loss
Your progress and Virtual Items are stored only on your device; there is no account and no cloud backup. If the Game is uninstalled, the device is reset, lost or replaced, or the operating system clears app data, your progress and consumed items are permanently lost and cannot be restored by us. One-time purchases can be restored through Google Play.
04Puzzles and difficulty
Every campaign level is generated deterministically and verified as solvable, but a level may have several solutions and the displayed "par" is an upper bound for a known solution, not a guarantee of the shortest one. Difficulty, rewards and balance may change between versions.
05Third-party advertising
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. We do not pre-select, review or approve their content, and showing an ad does not imply endorsement of the advertised product, service or website. Transactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. If you see an inappropriate, misleading or harmful ad, report it to info@ruicodex.com and we will forward it to the ad network.

The Game and the Site may link to third-party websites and services (such as Google Play). We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices; their own terms apply.
07Health and safety
The Game uses bright, pulsing light effects. People with photosensitive epilepsy or similar conditions should consult a doctor before playing. Stop playing at once if you feel unwell. Take regular breaks. See the Health and safety section of the Terms of Use.
08Availability
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Game, its online features or this Site at any time. If the Game is removed from a store, an installed copy may keep working, but updates, purchases and support may no longer be available.
09Intellectual property and trademarks
The Lumen Loop name, logo, artwork, audio and code belong to RuiCodex. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Their mention does not imply partnership with or endorsement by Google.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, device failure or loss of profit, arising from the use of or inability to use the Game. Mandatory liability and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
