Delete your data

You are in control of your data. Here is how to delete each kind of data related to Lumen Loop.

01What data exists

Lumen Loop has no user accounts. Your game data (progress, lumens, items, settings) exists only on your device. Separately, anonymous gameplay statistics are stored on our analytics server under a random identifier, Google processes advertising data under your advertising ID, and we hold any emails you sent us. 02Delete your game data

  1. Open Lumen Loop and go to Profile › Settings › Data.
  2. Choose Reset all data and confirm. Your progress, lumens, missions and themes are erased from the device immediately.
  3. Alternatively, uninstall the Game or clear its data in your device settings (Settings › Apps › Lumen Loop › Storage › Clear data).

Deleting game data is permanent. Consumed lumen packs cannot be restored. One-time purchases stay linked to your Google account and can be restored with Restore purchases.

03Delete or reset advertising data

  1. On Android open Settings › Google › Ads (names vary by device).
  2. Tap Delete advertising ID (or Reset advertising ID).
  3. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you can also withdraw ad consent in the Game under Profile › Ad privacy choices.

Advertising data held by Google is managed under Google's policies; you can manage it at My Ad Center.

04Request deletion of analytics data and emails

Write to info@ruicodex.com with the subject "Delete my data – Lumen Loop". Tell us, if possible, the approximate dates you played and your device model, so that we can locate data linked to your installation. We delete analytics data we can reliably associate with your request and any emails you sent us, within 30 days, and confirm by email. Data we are legally obliged to keep is retained only for as long as required.

Because analytics data is linked only to a random identifier and not to your identity, we may not always be able to single out your records. In that case, the data is deleted automatically at the end of its retention period (at most 24 months).
