Terms of Use

Star Harbor · com.ruicodex.starharbor · RuiCodex · 2026-09-29

By playing Star Harbor you agree to these terms.

The game

These terms are an agreement between you and RuiCodex, a company established in Belgium, which publishes Star Harbor. You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

In-app purchases

Quanta and the Harbor Vault are consumable virtual items with no cash value. Remove Ads, the Starter Pack and the Admiral Pass are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

Right of withdrawal. Virtual items are digital content delivered immediately. If you are a consumer in the EU, you request immediate delivery when you complete a purchase and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law; Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.

Leaderboard and fair play

Choose a respectful nickname; offensive names may be removed. Do not reverse-engineer, tamper with, automate or resell the game, its leaderboard or its virtual items. Entries that are clearly manipulated may be removed.

Liability

The game is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including Article VI.83 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence), and your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content, are not affected.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law, and the courts of Belgium have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live (Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation), and consumers in the EU may also bring proceedings in, and may only be sued in, the courts of their country of residence (Articles 17–19 of the Brussels Ia Regulation).

Consumers in Belgium can contact the Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (mediationconsommateur.be / consumentenombudsdienst.be); consumers in other EU countries, Iceland and Norway can get free help from the European Consumer Centres Network (eccnet.eu). Please contact us first at info@ruicodex.com — most concerns are resolved quickly.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
